CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS:
It is highly recommended to create your customer account. You can save your cart, checkout from your cart, and review your order notes/history. We can review your cart/order notes as well when you have questions BEFORE completing an online order.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the customer's responsibility to CONFIRM all order details UPON RECEIVING their order and BEFORE INSTALLING the design.
You are always able to see the status/tracking information about your order in your customer account profile. Please keep track of your package tracking.
We only approve EXCHANGES, RETURNS or REFUND requests if your request meets our policies. Read Here for full policy notes on EXCHANGES, RETURNS, or REFUND REQUESTS.
* ANY REQUEST FOR THE ABOVE MUST BE DONE BEFORE INSTALLATION/USE OF THE CUPS.
ORDER VERIFICATION
By completing your order/invoice online, you have verified that all your order details are correct and acknowledge your order will ship AS LISTED in your confirmed order.
ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE FOR 2" CUPS ONLY - Make sure you know your link size.
DEFAULT SHIPPING IS UPS GROUND (3-5 business days).
ADDITIONAL AND CUSTOM REQUESTS:
- IF EXPRESS SHIPPING IS NEEDED, you will need to email us with your specific timeframe request. SAVE YOUR CART and email us with your Account Information/Saved Cart Name.
- IF YOU NEED TENNIS CUPS, you will need to verify with us BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE ORDER if Tennis Inventory is available to match your order.
Save your cart in your account and reach out to us with any questions/specific requests BEFORE completing your order. Once order is completed in the online system, edits are limited.
