Q: What the heck is a Put-In-Cup?
A: Put-In-Cups© are colored, diamond-shaped, plastic widgets that are designed to snap into the spaces in most chain link fences. They are a colorful, inexpensive and environmentally-friendly alternative to styrofoam and plastic cups.
Q: Are they easy to install? Do they come with a template to follow?
A: Yes! Put-In-Cups are so simple to install, an elementary school child can do it. In fact we recommend it! Put-In-Cups are fun for all ages. All orders come with an easy-to-follow template and Instruction Sheet.
Q: What colors are available?
A: We have 20 colors available. Each color comes in sleeves of 50 cups for $9.00 per sleeve which is $0.18 per cup.
Q: How do you install them?
A: Each individual Put-In-Cup snaps into the spaces in a chain link fence. Install them from the inside or the outside of your fence. Or for a 3-D effect, try inserting some inside and some from the outside of your fence.
Q: How long do they last? Can they be recycled?
A: We add UV protection in each cups and can guarantee them for up to a year. We have had designs up going on six years that still look great! After years and years of use, if fading occurs, you may replace the faded cups with new cups, and we will recycle the faded cups. Read this article and see for yourself!

Q: How much is shipping? How long does it take to arrive?
A: We ship UPS Ground and it is 13% of your total order. For example, if your order is $200, your shipping would be $26. For orders under $100, there in a minimum shipping fee of $10. Depending on your location, UPS Ground is between 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is available at the customer's expense.
Q:Will the cups blow away? Can they be taken off and stored?
A: If the cups are installed properly, they will not blow out of the fence no matter how strong the winds are. The cups will only come out if you remove them. Once removed, the cups can be re-stacked and used again and again. If you do a solid fence design, we recommend adding braces to the fence.
Q: How many feet will a sleeve of 50 cups cover?
A: 2 square feet of fence.
Q: If I buy a mascot kit and donate it to my favorite school, do I get a tax deduction?
A: I'm not a CPA but I do know from talking to schools in the area they all have tight budgets. They depend on the Booster Clubs and PTA for extras, and a gift like this would be greatly appreciated.
Q: I love these Put-in-Cup designs but what if I don't have any chain link fence?
A: You can buy a chain link gate or fence panel in all sizes and do a sign or your favorite design and set it in your yard. If you do a Christmas design you can add lights for an especially eye-catching display.
Q: Are they patented?
A: Yes they are.
Q: What about theft?
A: This is one of the most asked questions about Put-In-Cups, and we are happy to say after having designs up for seven years all over the country, we have had very few problems with theft. Q: What if a car runs through my fence with the Put-In-Cup display?
A: Take pictures and call your insurance company.
Q: Do Put-In-Cups really kill fire ants?
A: Yes! And so will a magnifying glass. However it will take a really long time, and you will probably get bitten numerous times. We recommend you try other ways of killing the ants.
